Cancer Innate and Adaptive Defense

There is an interruption / disturbance of innate and adaptive defense in cancer. Specifically, all generated signatures of cancer, cancer immune defense and regulation are housed in human immunogenetic controls personalized to the patient.

The real question should be, Is there an immunogenetic defense / regulation adaptation? If not, what must be captured / harnessed in mimicry / anti-mimicry for defense and regulatory induction?

The patient is the generator of all cancer specific / immunogenic molecule matrices in relation to cancer cell and tumor defense.
